Brick Court Business Directory
Positive community exposure
Be included in the Riley Skate Park, Brick Court Business Directory and gain exposure to thousands of local and out-of-town skate park visitors. There are seven competitive advantages to being in this exclusive Farmington / Farmington Hills area business directory...
Advantage #1: Exposure to Thousands of People
The Brick Court Business Directory will be strategically placed in a prominent location at the entrance of Riley Skate Park, displaying your business name/logo, phone number, location, and/or web address for all to see.
The skate park is expected to draw 200 skaters each day, not including the hundreds of people who will participate in skateboard camps and competitions throughout the year. The Brick Court will receive effective exposure at its location in Founders Sports Park.
Advantage #2: Visibility in all Farmington Hills Parks
The Brick Court Business Directory will be in print form and posted on information boards throughout highly traveled Farmington Hills Parks, including: Founders Sports Park (8 Mile Road) and Heritage Park (Farmington Road between 10 & 11 Mile Roads). Founders Sports Park provides information boards near the baseball diamonds, ice arena, disc golf course, and soccer fields.
Currently 722,000 people visit Founders Sports Park each year. During baseball and soccer tournaments, between games players and parents have 3-4 hours of time to kill. Typically 45-50 people/team seek a place to eat or shop. To make life easier on tournament participants, the Brick Court Directory will give them direct exposure of businesses in the area. Instead of saying, "did you see a McDonalds anywhere around here or just somewhere to eat!" They will be given choices, instead of just finding something because they have no idea what is available.
Advantage #3: Free Web Advertising
The Brick Court Business Directory will be displayed on the Riley Skate Park.com web page and within the City of Farmington Hills web site. This is expected to be used by local and out-of-town Founders Sports Park and Riley Skate Park users.
When families travel to cities to participate in a tournament or to visit a well known skate park, they research the Internet to find where hotels are in the area they will be visiting and what else there is to do while they are there, such as a place to watch movies, shop and other businesses unique to the area. People often have a lot of time to kill when away from home. They need to entertain the child that isnt participating in the tournament!
Advantage #4: Community Good Will
A fee-free park where skate boarders and in-line skaters can practice their sport safely, away from pedestrians and business properties.
Several complaints have been made by businesses in the area because skate boarders are posing safety issues near their business, causing property damage or just making the area look how business owners want it to look. We are building the skate park to help businesses. If your business supports the park, you will have the right to tell skate boarders (if they continue to skate around your business), that you supported the park and would appreciate they do not skateboard near your business. This would be more effective, than kicking them out and showing you gave no support of a safe place for kids to skateboard.
Advantage #5: Directions to Your Location
Business information and location will be located in the Brick Court Business Directory PAMPHLET.
A helpful guide for customers about businesses in Farmington Hills can be sought out in a PAMPHLET with specific location and business information. In this organized business directory, people can easily head into town for restaurants, activities, shopping and services.
Advantage #6: Founders Sports Park Map Insignia
Business information and location placed on a LARGE MAP displayed in Founders Sports Park.
When visitors come to Founders Sports Park and want to do activities or get food in the area, a large map of Farmington Hills will assist people where to go.
Advantage #7: Founders Sports Park Kiosk Advertising
Kiosk space for business to place marketing materials.
In the Farmington Hills Ice Arena, there will be kiosk space to market your business. For example, for a restaurant, menus will be available for individuals visiting Founders Sports Park. In addition, other businesses may include coupons or other marketing devices for potential customers.
Business Directory contributions are available for $250 and $500 dollars.
